All students must sign the releases and acknowledgement forms linked below to participate in riding activities. Please print all of them, read carefully, initial and sign as indicated and bring with you to the class you are registered for.

Release and Waiver of Liability - Assumption of the risk and indemnity agreement and consent to medical treatment - For ADULTS
