Safety Management Techniques

This course equips safety and health professionals with skills in communication and management functions. It's designed for you if you have a good background in accident prevention and you want to improve your management skills. Part of the Advanced Safety Certificate.
Safety Management Techniques is designed to assist you if you are responsible for managing employees and/or projects in safety and health efforts. Based on current safety, management, quality, and performance technology principles, this program focuses on knowledge and skills required to effectively deal with safety and health management issues from an individual and organizational perspective. You will be involved in your own learning experience through interactive, instructional exercises. This is one of the four classes you can take to obtain the Advanced Safety Certificate.

Who should attend: This course is for you if you are a safety and health professional, a personnel or training specialist, or you have a good background in accident prevention and you want to improve your skills as a safety manager. It is a required course for you if you are seeking the National Safety Council Advanced Safety Certificate.
