C. David Langlois is president of Langlois, Weigand & Associates, Inc. Prior to entering the consulting field full-time, Mr. Langlois served as an instructor at Louisiana State University from 1981 until 1989. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from LSU and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Langlois has taught college courses in Occupational Safety, Supervision, Training, and Maintenance Management. He has 20 plus years of experience in the safety and training field and is a Certified Safety Professional. He has taught professional development courses in safety inspections, accident investigations, industrial hygiene, safety audits, hazard recognition, substance abuse awareness, and safety management. He has presented programs at several regional and national conferences. Mr. Langlois has served as Vice President, Region VI from 1986-90, and served as Vice President of Communications for ASSE during 1990-91.

Melanie Mornard has been a First Aid/CPR instructor with the South Dakota Safety Council since 1993, and an Instructor Development trainer since 1998. She is a Licensed Safety Professional and Certified Safety Trainer through the National Association of Safety Professionals with twelve years experience as a safety manager. Melanie was given the Commander's Award for Public Service; Department of the Army, and the 2004 Exceptional Volunteer Service; American Red Cross for excellence in teaching and consistently outstanding evaluations.

Stefan V. Salmonson, is the president of PROtective Services, Inc. He is a licensed deputy sheriff/tactical trainer, licensed private detective, licensed protective agent, certified personal protection specialist (Body Guard), international security consultant, experienced weapons and operational specialist, contract government investigator (with security clearance), airline transport pilot and professional speaker. PROS provides executive and personal protection services, high-risk employment termination support services, discrete investigations, security presentations, training, keynote presentations, security assessments, consulting and risk management recommendations for several hundred clients.

Stefan writes security related articles for publications and is frequently interviewed by journalists regarding security concerns. Clients include national/international corporations, government agencies, foreign royalty, public utilities, school districts/student transportation, flight department/associations, prisons, hospitals, financial institutions, media, the trucking, real estate and insurance industry.

Bill is the commercial vehicle consultant for the Minnesota Safety Council. He has 25 years experience in commercial vehicle safety, is Haz-Mat certified and has been an instructor for the International Union of Operating Engineers/Local 49. In addition he owns a small interstate trucking company.
